Director of Early Learning Operations

We are seeking an experienced leader to support the Centre Director in driving high-quality early learning and care.
This is a key role in which you will leverage your expertise and leadership skills to inspire and motivate the centre team, drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations and provide exceptional outcomes for children and families.
- Support the Centre Director in leading the team and developing strategic plans
- Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team
- Take responsibility for centre management in the Centre Director's absence
- Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to drive best practice
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, with a strong understanding of early learning principles and practices. They will also be able to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
