Job Title: Senior Network and Systems Manager
">As a key member of the team, you will oversee the delivery, integration, and sustainment of secure, high-performance ICT systems in support of Australian Defence Force mission planning capability. Your role will be responsible for managing both the technical direction and day-to-day operations of network and server environments across fixed and deployed Defence contexts.
">This position involves leading a team of technicians in the development, integration, and sustainment of software, hardware, data, tools, and processes for ADF mission planning systems in fixed and deployed environments. You will conduct performance reviews, set team objectives, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
">The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance of physical server and networking hardware, ensuring high availability and performance. You will manage the development and maintenance of system configurations for MPS laptops and servers, coordinate the installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of software and security updates.
">This role requires strong technical leadership skills to resolve data support issues and ensure mission systems meet operational requirements. The individual will also support Defence strategic networks, ensuring compliance with security and accreditation standards.
