Job Title: Road Construction SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil/Road Worker to fill the role of Asphalt/Spray Seal Operator/Labourer. This position will involve working in road construction, maintenance, and repair using asphalt and spray seal technologies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, execution, and completion of road surfacing projects.
  • Operate various heavy machinery including rollers, skid steers, and front-end loaders safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in daily site meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Current Driver Licence MR-HR or above.
  • RII Tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, Front End Loader) or VOCs.
  • Asphalt Labouring/Operator Experience.
  • Civil Construction Experience.
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Able to practice safe work standards at all times.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Highly reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work day, nights, weekends, and away from home as required by the project schedule.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
