Key Responsibilities
  1. Section Wait Staff- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Food and Drink Servers- Provide excellent customer service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  3. Conference and Events- Assist with drinks and buffet service for events and conferences.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Considerable experience in premium restaurant environments.
  • Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and specialty in high-quality service.
  • Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests' needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.
  • The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Friendly and confident communication skills.
  • WSET level 2 or an equivalent wine certification/knowledge - desirable.
