Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing High-Quality Patient Care: You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement care interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborating with Healthcare Teams: You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between hospital and community-based services.
- Developing and Maintaining Skills: You will participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and advance your skills as a healthcare professional.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nursing Degree: You must hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Current Registration: You must be currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Strong Communication Skills: You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
