The Key Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Elevate workflow practices and systems to optimal levels, fostering a culture of perpetual enhancement.
  • Pursue innovation and add value to existing operations by identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Effectively manage workflow to support the team, ensuring compliance with ATO and ASIC regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs across the firm, implementing improvements as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Develop and present reports to streamline business practices, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the client engagement process, adopting a client-centric approach to deliver exceptional results.
  • Prepare and finalize client agreements and engagement letters, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage HR duties, including talent planning, recruitment, and staff management, to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Offer support and assistance to staff members as needed, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to excel in this position.
  • Demonstrate expertise in using cloud-based platforms such as FYI Docs, Fusesign, XPM, and NowInfinity, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Showcase a proven history of process and system improvement, highlighting your capacity for innovation and progress.
  • Evidence a proactive team-based approach to work, collaborating with others to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, utilizing data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes.
