Job Overview

We are seeking a Care Provider to deliver high-quality medical care to children, youth, adults and seniors in their homes and other settings.

This is a regular full-time position with 75 hours bi-weekly, offering a dynamic environment that requires a detail-oriented approach.

About the Role
  • As a Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing diabetes management, dialysis, medication management, palliative care, phlebotomy, wound care, and more.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
  • Experience in community health an asset
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required
  • A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required and a Vulnerable Sector Search may be required
  • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
