About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Remediation Specialist to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in contaminated site management consulting and strong field work skills acquired across various site uses and contaminant types.

As an Environmental Remediation Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising fieldwork programs, undertaking environmental assessments, and preparing complex technical reports. You will also assist with client proposals and support project managers through planning and delivering field programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise fieldwork programs, including subcontractors and ERM personnel on site
  • Undertake environmental assessments and remediation works involving data collection (soil, soil gas/vapour, groundwater)
  • Prepare or provide inputs into complex technical reports in accordance with relevant guidelines and legislation
  • Manage electronic data and produce borelogs and summary tables
  • Assist with client proposal preparation and support project managers
