Project Development Lead

The ideal candidate for this key role will be a qualified professional with commercial and retail project experience. They must possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within a team environment.

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and attainment of quality standards.

  • Develop detailed project programs and schedules
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and issues proactively
  • Coordinate and manage project documentation and reporting

Requirements
