The Role:

  • Manage end-to-end risks across various financial markets.
  • Enhance the control environment and foster a robust risk culture.
  • Support stakeholders in articulating risk issues and controls, evaluating new products and initiatives, investigating incidents, and testing control effectiveness.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Non-Financial Risk Management or Assurance supporting a Financial Markets business.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at multiple levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A mindset geared towards continuous improvement, with the ability to interpret and balance commercial issues within a risk framework.
