Executive Business Partner Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Business Partner to collaborate with our global Centres of Expertise (COE) to shape processes, platforms, and initiatives that drive short- and medium-term business objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • • Developing integrated workforce strategies and human capital plans to support the achievement of medium- and longer-term enterprise goals.
  • • Driving a growth culture with clear accountability for performance by partnering with People & Culture COEs and S&E.
  • • Identifying strategic capabilities and developing plans to grow these capabilities enabling leaders to fully engage employees in their performance and development.
  • • Working with business unit leadership teams to lead the development of workforce strategies and plans to ensure the business has the strategic capabilities to grow the market, ensure the workforce is equipped to meet business goals and is continuously improving its performance.
  • • Leveraging deep business understanding and commercial acumen to ensure that the workforce strategy is competitive and sustainable and aligned with external trends and issues.
  • • Contributing to the development and implementation of appropriate diagnostics to assess change impacts to inform change plans, priorities, and communication plans.
