Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Senior School Operations Officer. This position plays a critical part in providing strategic advice to Principals, Principal Advisor, Regional Services, and the Region on legal, policy, and procedural issues.

  • Deliver expert operational advice to Principals, Principal Advisor, Regional Services, and the Region on legal, policy, and procedural matters.
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries and complaints according to the Department's Customer Complaints Management policy and procedure.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation procedures for all inquiries and complaints.
  • SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND CAPABILITY OF PRINCIPALS AND REGIONAL STAFF FOR QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT.
  • Maintain accurate records and lead by example to improve administrative systems and processes.

This is a key role within the Department requiring an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work autonomously and contribute to a team environment. The successful applicant will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
