We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as the Service Delivery and Resource Recovery Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage waste contracts, support strategic project delivery, and provide high-level administrative support.
  • Coordinate contract management, daily facility operations, data analysis, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders while ensuring continuous process improvements.
  • Support and coordinate strategic deliverables in conjunction with management, guiding projects that align with Council's strategic goals, internal procedures, and program delivery.
  • Provide project management administration support across GWMC including project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, contamination management, purchase orders, invoicing, email response, reporting, monitoring, and record keeping.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members and key stakeholders to maintain a high level of delivery.
Essential Requirements Of The Position
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Business, Business Administration, Project Management Practice, or related discipline and/or demonstrated professional experience relevant to the role.
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence.
  • General Construction Induction Training Card.
  • Demonstrated experience, skills, and knowledge relevant to the role, including but not limited to: Business administration; Project management; Organisational and time management skills.
