We are seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our wastewater team as a Wastewater Operator.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining and monitoring sewerage treatment plants, pump stations and reticulation assets. They will also be required to keep accurate operational records, participate in construction and repair of sewer reticulation assets, carry out water quality tests and record results, participate in the sewer on-call roster and assist with other tasks related to water and wastewater services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain and monitor sewerage treatment plants, pump stations and reticulation assets
  • Keep accurate operational records
  • Participate in construction and repair of sewer reticulation assets
  • Carry out water quality tests and record results
  • Participate in the sewer on-call roster
  • Assist with other tasks related to water and wastewater services

Requirements
