Senior Project Leader Position

This senior-level position oversees multiple projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial.

  • Direct project outcomes by managing tasks, forecasting workload, and addressing financial performance, resource allocation, and staffing needs in collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular meetings, proposal development, and feedback acquisition in conjunction with marketing and practice area teams.
  • Develop agreements and oversee the creation and approval of construction plans, bid documents, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Analyze complex opportunities to devise new techniques, approaches, and solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve organizational goals and strategies while promoting career development, training, and career planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant experience
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management skills
  • Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of fostering existing client relationships
