Job Description

This role is for an experienced supervisor seeking a new challenge. We provide comprehensive training and necessary systems to ensure success.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • Current police clearance

Prior experience with face-to-face customer interactions and/or horticultural qualifications would be beneficial.

You'll commence by completing our comprehensive training program, covering all aspects of gardening. Upon proficiency, you'll work alongside another team member or independently on gardening tasks. Once ready, you'll meet with customers to discuss their gardening needs.

We maintain high standards in garden neatness and tidiness. Regular discussions occur to address issues and implement improvements in working methods.
