We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Dairy Production Team at our Clarence Gardens Facility.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Dairy Production Team at our Clarence Gardens Facility.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring your Production Shift runs as efficiently and safely as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality and food safety.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate production operations on a shift basis, to meet demand and efficiency targets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP).
  • Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigate inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate and motivate the production team, providing guidance, coaching and feedback.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment.
About You
  • Degree or equivalent certification/experience in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science or related field
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive results
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is highly desirable
