**Who we are**

We believe in looking after you, so you'll look after our customers.

In 2017 we bought an existing gardening business in Jim's Mowing. Since then we have grown to provide work for extra staff. We are now looking to take on another employee.

We have a mix of residential and commercial clients around the North Eastern suburbs. Our services include mowing, hedging, fertilising, irrigation, pruning, gutter clearing, green and hard waste removal.

**What you'll do**

You'll start by completing our training. We will train you in all aspects of gardening as needed. When you're up to speed, you'll work with another team mate or go out on your own to gardening jobs. When you're ready we will get you to meet with customers to understand their gardening needs.

**Your experience, skills & qualifications**

You must have:

- Full drivers licence
- The ability to drive a manual transmission ute supplied by us OR your own roadworthy fully insured ute, hatchback, station wagon, van.
- Current Police clearance

It will help if you have:

- Any experience dealing with customers face to face
- Horticultural qualification or knowledge of common garden plants

**The Way We Work**

We work hard to make our customer's gardens look neat and tidy. We regularly talk together about issues or improvements that can be made in the way we work. We use systems and equipment to support each other to get work done as fast and neatly as possible.

**What you'll get from us**

2. Full time role 5 days/week

4. $30 - $35/hour depending on your qualifications/skill

5. A work vehicle with manual transmission OR if using your own vehicle a travel allowance averaging $100/week

6. A work phone

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
