Position Overview
We are in search of a skilled Service Technician, fully qualified in plumbing, to perform maintenance and service on our innovative water units. This role demands a customer-centric approach, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will exhibit reliability and professionalism, taking pride in their organizational skills and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
As a Service Technician, your duties will include:
- Conducting service and maintenance on boiling and chilled water systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Providing outstanding customer service and support.
- Managing time effectively to meet service demands.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Full trade qualifications as a Plumber.
- Experience in servicing and maintaining appliances, preferably in the water or coffee machine sectors.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities.
- A valid driver's license and residency in Australia.
- Eligibility for security clearance.
