About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Zip Water. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing install and service work on our boiling and chilled water units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain our boiling and chilled water units to the highest standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Full trade qualifications as a Plumber
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Previous experience in the appliance industry, coffee machine or hot water industry
  • Current driver's license
  • Australian residency and eligibility for a security clearance
