About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to provide service work on our boiling and chilled water units. As a Service Technician at Zip, you will thrive on being customer-focused, with a knack for fault finding and excellent attention to detail. Your reliability will be unquestionable, and you will take great pride in being organized and presenting yourself in the utmost professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade-qualified as an Electrician or holding a Restricted Electrical Licence
  • Experience in servicing, installing, and maintaining equipment in the appliance industry, coffee machines, or hot water industry
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our customers
  • Previous experience in the appliance industry, coffee machine, or hot water industry
  • Current driver's licence
  • Australian residency and eligibility for a security clearance
