Specialist Family Violence Practitioner

We are seeking a specialist in family systems to join our team as an Advanced Family Violence Practice Leader. This role requires an advanced understanding of men's work within the family violence sector.

Key Responsibilities- Provide expert practice advice using relevant theoretical frameworks to establish systems and procedures that improve service delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective integrated practice approaches to Orange Door operations.
- Consult and collaborate with other practice leaders to build capability across all staff to work effectively with all clients.
- Tertiary Qualification in Social Work/Psychology/Social Science or related fields.
- Registration with AHPRA or registration or eligible for registration with AASW.
- Demonstrated supervisory, consultation and advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading family violence practice within complex service delivery contexts, particularly multi-disciplinary and multi-agency approaches to the provision of services to vulnerable children, families and diverse communities.
