Business Strategy Director

This position involves leading and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a team of professionals to deliver strategic objectives
- Developing and refining the organisation's vision and strategy framework
- Designing and delivering company-wide communication campaigns to enhance clarity and adoption
- Managing the strategic and business planning cycle, ensuring it delivers value
- Ensuring the team understands and acts on the strategy and business plans
- Implementing technology and systems to improve business planning and reporting
Requirements:
- Expertise in strategic planning, with a proven track record in building and implementing business performance frameworks that yield results
- Able to drive cultural change, including building effective partnerships across the organisation and with key external stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- Ability to frame and structure problems effectively
- Highly literate in data analysis, with an understanding of quantitative and financial modelling, and able to interpret a profit and loss statement to inform decisions
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring internal and external environments to inform business strategy development
- Proven experience in developing performance monitoring practices and metrics
