Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to assist us in bringing our growth strategy to life in Victoria. The successful candidate will form part of the operational leadership team, establishing our Melbourne-based facilities and growing the local team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational excellence of our Victorian facilities, driving standardization and change management across the region.
  • Develop and implement commercial and business strategies, ensuring compliance with aged care sector regulations and funding requirements.
  • Embed internal quality standards, policies, and procedures for the new facilities, aligning with Infinite's operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and successful change management.
  • Implement business processes, systems, and project-based initiatives to drive operational efficiency.

About You

We are looking for a highly collaborative and transformational leader with diverse aged care multi-site operational leadership and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:

Strategic thinking skills, with experience in translating integrated business plans into operational excellence across multi-site portfolios.Brown, greenfield, and acquisition operational experience in aged care, ensuring seamless delivery of care and service excellence.Experience across all areas of facility operations, including administration, clinical care, property maintenance, catering, hotel services, and resident engagement and wellbeing.Project management, change management, internal and external stakeholder management, vendor management, and community relations experience.A thorough understanding of sector regulatory and compliance changes, underpinning operational protocols and outcomes.Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to implement effective solutions at scale.Experience in managing budgets, allocating resources, and controlling expenses.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
