About the Role

As a key member of our Group's Performance Management team, you will play a vital role in delivering timely and accurate performance reporting. Your responsibilities will include supporting the production of monthly and annual cash earnings reports, both internally and externally, as well as assisting with the forecast and annual budget compilation.

You will work closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure precise and timely reporting, providing valuable insights to senior management and the Board.

In this role, you will prepare the Group's forecast and budget packs for senior management and the Board, collaborating with Finance and other departments to complete reporting packs. You will assist with Half Year and Full Year MD&A reporting and maintain budget and forecast versions in TM1.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified professional with relevant experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis. Ideally, you will have experience in Performance Management, FP&A, or management within the Banking and Finance industry.

You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to work effectively in both small and larger team environments.
