About the RoleThis leadership position is responsible for the day-to-day successful operation of the store, ensuring financial management and operational standards are exceptional. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and have a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence.
- Retail management experience and ability to lead teams effectively
- Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business and proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Effective communication and motivational techniques to guide the team
- Manage daily store operations, including stock integrity and merchandising
- Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence
- Drive store KPIs and ensure financial management is sound
