Job Summary

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for motorcycles? We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, where you will work closely with customers and colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, processing sales and returns, and maintaining shop presentation.
  • You will also contribute to the sales and KPIs of the store by promoting products, building relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  2. Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently.
  3. Maintain shop presentation and stock levels to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  4. Contribute to the sales and KPIs of the store through effective product promotion and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and climb as required.
