Key responsibilities include:

  • Detailed project programming
  • Procurement
  • Contract administration
  • Subcontractor scheduling
  • Managing Fit Out/Refurbishment projects with guidance from Senior PM and Supervisor
  • Client and stakeholder communication

Requirements for the role include:

  • 3-5 years post-university construction experience
  • Design coordination and consultant management
  • Construction certificate and occupation certificate coordination
  • Some experience in contractor management
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivation and ownership of work
