About the Job

We are seeking a talented Hospitality and Catering Manager to oversee the strategic management of food and beverage services across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia.

  • To lead a team of hospitality professionals and develop a positive work environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
  • To manage the catering operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • To work closely with the Executive and Head Chef to maintain ISS brand standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience leading a multi-faceted food and beverage business, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Operations, Business, Food and Beverage or related discipline.
  • Holding and maintaining HACCP Level 3 qualifications, First Aid Certificate – Level 3, Food Safety Supervisor certification, and RSA certificate.
