Customer Service Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our aviation services team at Brisbane Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career in customer-facing roles.

Key requirements for this position include:
- Proven experience in a Client Management or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Competency in documentation and records management.
