About the Role

A highly experienced Administration Assistant/Receptionist is required to join our team in Kent Town. Key responsibilities include booking assessments, coordinating with insurance companies, and assisting clients with backend administrative tasks.

This part-time job share role operates Monday to Friday from 1pm to 5pm.

Duties:

- Proficiency in computer software and Microsoft Office skills

- Ability to multitask, maintain high attention to detail, and provide excellent customer service

- Friendly and mature attitude towards customers and clients
