Job Title: CFD/FX Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate professional to join our team as a Client Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will act as a trusted advisor to new clients working in collaboration with our Client facing, Dealing, Marketing, Research and Global payment teams.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and initiate a business development strategy to grow retail, sophisticated investor and wholesale investor trading volumes for different client bases.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively enhance business through client referrals, networking, workshops/seminars, and industry contacts.
  • Sales Support: Provide seminars and attend sales events for premium clients/prospects as required. This may include creating appropriate material in conjunction with education and marketing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the rest of the client-facing team to input and help drive the acquisition, retention and increased trading activity for all clients.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Actively leverage the sales process to increase conversion rates, decrease sales cycles, and improve deal win rates.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintains an accurate pipeline and funnel with high integrity.
  • Goal Setting: Maintains a set of personal goals and metrics, tracking progress against those.
  • Productivity Maximization: Maintains a calendar blocking schedule to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
  • Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who have already indicated an interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers.
  • Sales Support: Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email, and live interactive chats.
  • Client Education: Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience - funding their account, education, etc.
  • Referral Program: Encourage and support referrals from existing clients.
