Senior Interior Design Manager Position

This is a key opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to lead our team in retail, hospitality, and commercial projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will manage the entire design process, assisting team members with conceptual design development and documentation creation. They should have hands-on skills, adhering to deadlines and demonstrate excellent time management and software proficiency (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp & V-Ray). Strong bilateral operating system competency is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Interior Designers in delivering high-quality designs
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of work in a collaborative environment
  • Manage the entire design process from conceptual design development to delivery
  • Demonstrate expertise in retail, hospitality, and commercial fit-out market
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to budgets

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Interior Design
  • Hospitality, retail, and commercial fit-out market expertise
  • Excellent time management and software proficiency (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp & V-Ray)
  • Bilateral operating system competency
