Job Opportunity: Physics/Animation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled physics or animation engineer to join our team.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing physics and animation systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement physics and animation pipelines and systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and art teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the engine.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Maths related field.
  • Strong mathematics skills, including algebra, calculus, and linear algebra.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
  • Experience with game engines, physics middleware, and multi-threaded programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience with rigid-body dynamics, collision detection, contact/collision resolution, and vehicle physics simulation.
  • Background in parallel programming and multi-threaded code.
  • Familiarity with game physics middleware APIs (Havok, PhysX, etc.).
