Cloud Solutions Architect Role Overview

This is a key position that involves building partnerships with customer architecture, development, and operations teams. The primary objective is to promote cloud solutions adoption in major accounts across government, financial services, and managed service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align customer business needs with cloud platform capabilities through on-site and remote engagement.
  • Proactively drive technical outcomes to meet customer objectives in close collaboration with the entire sales team.
  • Deliver live demonstrations addressing customer business challenges and facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a track record of experience in technical sales.
  • Knowledge of cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technologies like Red Hat OpenShift or related experience with Kubernetes deployments.
  • Knowledge of Linux or UNIX operating systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  • Experience with DevOps tools, methodologies, and best practices.
