Job Description: As a key member of our team, the Strategic Cloud Solutions Architect will play a critical role in driving business success through the effective implementation and configuration of cloud-based services. This involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Work:
    • Lead client engagement and program management of Professional Services deployment
    • Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
    • Guide customers to make informed decisions and drive projects forward assertively
    • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and ensure successful configuration specific to their needs
    • Design and implement optimal deployment strategies for clients, focusing on end-user experience and business outcomes
    • Provide expert advice on deployment options and outline key advantages and disadvantages
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers
    • Ensure seamless onboarding and integration processes for clients
