Asset Permit Specialist

Seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality service regarding vehicle crossover permits and relevant legislation in a temporary full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and information on permit processes and local law as needed.
- Conduct thorough investigations and resolve any breaches relating to vehicle crossing permits in accordance with local laws, council standards, road management act, policies, and relevant legislations.
- Perform regular inspections before, during, and upon completion of the construction of vehicle crossings.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle crossing permits, working within the principles of road reserve permits, including road, path, and drainage construction.
- Hold a qualification or possess demonstrated experience in civil construction.
- Be capable of reading and interpreting complex construction and building plans.
- Previous experience in monitoring contractors to ensure compliance with established standards.
