Are you a skilled business leader with experience in managing day-to-day operations?

  • We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/PA to join our team, responsible for overseeing the effective running of our office.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for ensuring seamless operational performance.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic planning with Senior Staff
  2. Event management and coordination
  3. Problem-solving and implementing change
  4. Providing technical and operational process support
  5. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
  6. Overseeing team members and conducting reviews
  7. Implementing KPIs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Office Management/Operations role
  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Business Agents Act, along with relevant Real Estate legislation
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and open door policy communication
  • Outstanding attention to detail and time management
  • Valid driver's license
