About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business operations and shape the strategic direction of our Landcare Services unit.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in initiating tendering works, assessing operational capacity, managing logistics, and ensuring the successful completion of environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership in managing the Landcare team.
  • Review and enhance work practices to strengthen operations and capabilities.
  • Foster strong client relationships through high-quality service and new business opportunities.
  • Deliver specialised ecological services that achieve biodiversity outcomes and business objectives.
  • Build upon the strong reputation of the Landcare Services Unit.
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, technical, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or alternative.
  • Proven experience in operations and business management.
  • Knowledge of Landcare services and project management.
  • Experience in client initiation and management.
