Maintenance Coordinator Role

About This Position

The Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of Corrective Maintenance services that align with our strategic objectives. This involves coordinating and undertaking maintenance activities to meet all obligations related to routine maintenance and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Work Orders via systems, procedures, and work practices to deliver Corrective Maintenance Work Orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop strategies and recommendations to meet the appropriate Service Levels of NIFM Agreements between clients and us.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers, Contractors, Field Technicians, Shared Services, Operations, and Asset Groups to provide accurate WO coordination and timely WO delivery information.
  • Provide input and participate in regular WO performance assessments.
  • Ensure contractors, Area Managers, and Field Technicians understand their obligations and strive to meet Service Levels.

Requirements:

  • A background in Tele power/Electrical planning and coordination is ideal, along with a sound understanding of operations and maintenance environments within telecommunications or technical service industries.
  • Advanced analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.
