We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all planned, reactive & proactive maintenance for 300+ stores
- Receive and log maintenance and repair requests received by stores and head office
- Negotiate costs from contractors and suppliers where required.
- Prepare & submit purchase orders for maintenance related works

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a retail business or shop-fitting environment would be beneficial
- Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving & customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs - incl. Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to negotiate business desired outcomes
