About this role:

  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal schedules to ensure the grounds are well-maintained.
  • Utilize strong people management skills to motivate and develop your team members.
  • Foster a culture of safety excellence and encourage risk awareness among your team.
  • Operate machinery and mobile plant safely on site.

About you:

  • You hold a Certificate III in Horticulture or similar qualification.
  • You have experience in grounds maintenance and gardening.
  • You possess leadership experience and skills.
  • You are passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability.
  • You have the ability to engage and motivate a small team, creating a collaborative working environment.
  • You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
