Job Title: Site Agent- Rail Based

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Site Agent on rail-based projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in civil engineering sectors and be able to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfilling Health and Safety Policy requirements.
  • Ensuring contract execution according to legislation, contract terms, health and safety plans, and quality/environmental plans.
  • Delivering contracts within program and budget parameters.
  • Liaising with site staff and managing surveyors to ensure tender allowances are not exceeded.
  • Promoting a continuous improvement culture and best practices.
  • Monitoring contract progress to meet contract objectives.
  • Identifying, agreeing, and effectively managing changes to the contract.
  • Providing formal reports on contract progress.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Contractors' background, preferably with experience working for major contractors.
  • Building and civil engineering experience, including design and build projects.
  • IT literacy, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
