Are you a skilled property law professional looking to work with a top-tier law firm? We have exciting opportunities for associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional legal services in the real estate and projects space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in tenure aspects of infrastructure and renewables projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
  • Work closely with clients on mixed-use, residential, commercial and industrial property development and redevelopment, joint ventures, capital transactions and acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, pastoral, agricultural and tourism assets.
  • Gain a deep understanding of all types of land tenure.
  • Draft, review, negotiate and finalise documents and complete transactions of all types and sizes.
  • Conduct thorough property due diligence.
