About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Risk team and spearhead Responsible AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute AI Governance Reviews and Responsible AI assessments aligned to global standards, ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies.

  • Design and implement comprehensive Responsible AI strategies for seamless scaling of AI systems in a safe, trustworthy, and ethical manner.

  • Conduct Technology Risk assessments across IT processes, platforms, and AI systems against leading practice IT risk and security frameworks and common standards.

  • Lead teams in delivering IT Risk and Assurance engagements, including evaluation and design of IT controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working in a consulting firm with a broad range of technology risk and AI expertise.

  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) - Technology-enabled Integrated Risk Management (IRM) programs.

  • AI Governance and Responsible AI Strategy development.

  • Data governance, Risk Analytics, and Digital enablement.

  • Technology-focused internal audit - including IT General Controls, Cyber Security, and AI Governance.
