The Opportunity:

As a Member Support Consultant you will interact with people from all walks of life, driving membership growth through outreach activities and inspiring people to take action towards their physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

You will aid membership retention through positive interaction with existing members, assisting them with enquiries and providing exceptional customer service that motivates them to continue their fitness journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to club sales through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members
  • A gift for communication to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
  • Drive to be goal-focused and continuously look for new ways to excel yourself
  • A team player to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
  • Customer focused to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivate them to achieve their goals
