A successful personal trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals is sought after to join our team at Vision Personal Training Neutral Bay. This role offers a unique opportunity to start your career with a guaranteed income from day one, enjoy never having to pay rent, and receive over 100 hours of paid mentorship in the first three months.

About the Role

As a personal trainer with us, you will play a pivotal role in crafting lasting transformations and effectively tangible, positive change for our clients. Our clientele is primarily 40+, with a slightly female skew and high socio-economic status. They are motivated by a desire for long-term lifestyle change.

  • Lead personalised 1:1 training sessions with eager clients, providing them with expert guidance and support every step of the way.
  • Conduct group training sessions, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among clients.
  • Provide clients with coaching and accountability, helping them reach their goals and achieve success.

You'll be paid to dedicate time to growth and develop your skills as a personal trainer, working towards the management and even owning your own studio.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Fitness, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the industry.
  • Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification, ensuring you're equipped to handle any situation.
  • A Valid Working with Children Check (WWC), allowing you to work with vulnerable populations.
  • Boxing for Fitness Accreditation, showcasing your ability to adapt and learn new skills.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to grow and develop with us, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • A genuine interest in understanding nutrition and macronutrients, enabling you to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Personal training experience is preferred, but not required, as we're committed to developing your skills and expertise.
