The Opportunity

No two days are the same as a Member Support Consultant (MSC). You'll interact with people from all walks of life, driving membership growth by performing outreach activities and generating leads.

  • Contribute to sales goals using promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach and seeking referrals
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
