Scams Project Manager

As a Communications and Stakeholder Engagement professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our Scams project.
The Australian Government is implementing a Scams Prevention Framework, and we need someone to manage both internal and external stakeholder engagement and communication, brand development, and all media activities for this program.
This leadership role will oversee the Communications and Stakeholder workstream, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. You will be responsible for leading senior and executive stakeholders across our organization and external partners, developing detailed workstream plans, and coordinating with project managers and other workstream leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Communications and Stakeholder workstream
- Managing senior and executive stakeholders
- Developing and implementing detailed workstream plans
- Coordinating with project managers and other workstream leads
- Monitoring progress and performance
- Identifying and mitigating risks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and managing project workstreams
- Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and risk mitigation
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executives, senior leaders, and business units
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
