Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team of mobile clinicians, providing high-quality services to adults living in residential aged care and the community.

Our clients include individuals with dementia, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke, progressive neurological disorders, and ageing-related decline. As a skilled Speech Pathologist, you will assess and diagnose swallowing and communication difficulties, provide telehealth-based dysphagia and/or communication assessment and intervention, and work closely with organisational staff and colleagues to ensure optimum care needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your calendar of appointments and assessments
  • Diagnose and treat swallowing and communication difficulties
  • Provide consultative and educational support to clients, their families, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve client-centred outcomes
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to advocate for clients' needs
